She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Lassow and Samira Nayeem; and her brother-in-law Nemat Sabbagh. She is survived by: her siblings, Adel Lassow (Dina) of Canada, Lydia "Loulou" Sabbagh and Lamia Lassow of Delaware; her nieces and nephews, Nadeem Sabbagh, Maya, Dima and Roger Lassow; and her friend Beverly Reiner.
