He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter P. Colvin and Dorothy J. Colvin (Fairchild); and his brothers, Leroy Colvin and Donald Colvin. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Colvin (Freeman); his children, Joe Colvin (Alli) of Delaware and Kelli Colvin of Delaware; his grandchildren, Burke, Delainey and Waylynn Colvin of Delaware; his siblings, Bruce Colvin (Debbie) of Delaware and Glenna Colvin Hicks of Springfield; his siblings-in-law, Terry J. Freeman of Delaware, Leslie Weber of Grove City and Sally Colvin of Delaware; and his close friends, Dan and Patti Gladman of Delaware.
