He was predeceased by: his parents, Lula Miller (Peebles) and Audrey Miller. He is survived by: his wife Neurita "Rosie" Miller of Delaware; and his children, Jason Miller of Delaware and Jenni Dingess (John) of Shelby. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
