He is survived by: his children, Diane Brown (Mike) of Delaware, Fred Rinehart (Susie) of Delaware, Clifford Rinehart (Bev) and William Rinehart of Powell; his brother Ed Rinehart (Chick) of Columbus; his cousin Suzanne Starbuck of Delaware; and also Lacey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, and special friends.
