Smart and Joan Smart (Pendleton) of Delaware; her husband Tim; her daughter Nikki Hoffman (Nate) of Delaware; her granddaughter Ella Hoffman; her stepdaughter Brittany Perkins; her stepgranddaughter Emily; her siblings, Steve Smart (Carol), Brad Smart (Jean), Julie Smart, Judy Smart and Robbi Smart; and her grandparents, Leo, Flora Belle Pendleton, Perry and Annabelle Smart. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, & great nieces and great nephews.
