He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Terry); his daughter Kelly Fleak (Jeff); his daughter-in-law Priscilla Maurer; his grandchildren, Braden Fleak (Elle), Slone Thacker (Jared), A. J. Fleak (Karlie), Skylar Fleak, Brandy Slone, Evan Walker, Clarence Slone (Jessica), Aubree, Olivia and Elijah Maurer; his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Nathan, Marianna, Jace, Cannon, Finley, Parker, Ezma, Emerson and Natalie; and his sisters, Deborah Preston (Mike) and Judy Preston (Martin). He is also survived by friend Dave Castle; numerous nieces & nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends.
