He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest and Marie; his siblings, Kathryn, Kenneth (Eleanor) and Keith Kermit (Mary Kay); and his nephew Mark Sheets.
He is survived by: his son Brad (Phyllis); his grandchildren, Brooke and Austin (Mallory); his great grandchildren, Rylie and Blake; his son Brett (Yvette); his grandchildren, Hannah and Tyler; his son Bryan; his granddaughter Kennedy; his brother Kris Sheets (Barbara); his former wife Suzanne; his wife Kelly; his pet Snookie; and also, Kathryn, Tim and Tami. He is also survived by grand kids, nieces, nephews, and especially his "best friend".
