He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin F. Kelly and Rose Teresa Kelly (Conroy); and his brothers, Peter, Pat, Joe and Tim.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Kelly (Clark); his brother Dennis Kelly of Delaware; his niece Erin "Kortney" Darrah (Sean) of Dublin; and his sister-in-law Tracy Willowman of Powell.
