He is survived by: his wife Gerri Spurlock (Mills); his daughters, Tammy Campbell (Dan) and Mary Derick (Scott); his grandchildren, Timothy, Alyssa Campbell, Abigail and Emily Derick; and his siblings, Joan Salisbury of Edison, Virginia Allsbrook and John Spurlock of Prospect. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
