She was predeceased by: her parents, Rupert "Joe" Montgomery and Ruth Montgomery (Hageman); her husband Franklin Welker; and her siblings, Rex Montgomery, JoAnne Main (Thurman) and Kay Bostwick (Bill).
She is survived by: her children, Mary Welker-Page (Tim) and Rex Welker (Diane); her grandchildren, Jacob Page (Stacey), Betsy Anne Page-Blakeman (Tyler), Christopher Welker (Ellen) and Caroline Welker Nazor-Welker (Jill); her great grandchildren, Kayson, Kameron Blakeman, Riley and Daisy Welker; and her sister Josie Conant. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
