She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Vanausdale (Davis) and Kenneth Vanausdale; her stepfather Hubert Neill; her grandchildren, James, William Sparkman, Holly, Jason Thompson and Joey Thompson; and her son-in-law Joe Corbett.
She is survived by: her husband Darrell Armstrong; her children, Carroll Thompson (Barbara) of Marengo, George Thompson Jr. (Cindy), Sheila Corbett and Keith Thompson (Kim) of Delaware; her grandchildren, Sean Sparkman (Stacy), Heidi Sparkman (Scott Edgell) and Stephanie Thompson; her children, Tony, Brock Thompson, Janelle Gasaway (Matthew), Brandi Smart (Rusty), Dayton Thompson (Adrienne), Luke Thompson (Ashley) and Chrissy Waddell; and her cousins, Roger Schumann and Kenny Davis. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; 3 step-children.
A graveside service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ashley Union Cemetery (9800 Ashley Rd, Ashley, OH 43003).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Robinson Funeral Home to assist with the services.
