She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Burns Foster and Marie Foster (Renz); her sister Marjorie Lucille Starling; her nephew Robert Norman Starling; her niece Victoria Lynn Starling; her stepdaughter Cheryl Lynn Cannon; and her niece Linda (James).
She is survived by: her children, Richard Foster James and Nancy Jo Wycoff (James); her husband William N. Cannon, Jr.; her stepdaughters, Susan Cannon and Diane Cannon; her niece Sharon Ann Warner (James); her great-nephews, Michael Norman Garee and Brian Keith Garee; her great-niece Jodi Starling; and her nephew-in-law Robert Garee. She is also survived by family members and friends.
