He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leon Noel and Shirley Jean Noel (Halterman); and his wife Melissa Dee Noel (Goings). He is survived by: his children, Tim Noel, Amanda Putnam and Chris Ryan (Ashley); and his sister Lori Westlake. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
