He was predeceased by: his parents, Zella Richards and Derea Richards. He is survived by: his wife Lola Richards; his children, Derea Maloy and Brian (Holly); his grandfathers, Bob (Mel) and Brad (Steph); and his siblings, Rolland Richards, Jenny Belt and Nora McIntyre. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
