She is survived by: her husband Steven Hammond; her children, Stephanie Jackson (Anthony "AJ") and Steven Mark Hammond; her granddaughters, Riley Ann Jackson, Kennedy Nichole Jackson, Avery Grace Jackson and Hadley Selene Jackson; her sisters, Janet Kies and June Adkins (Scott); her brother-in-law Gary Lee Goings; and her caregivers, Donna, Jen, Jenny, Melissa and Joyce.
