He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin M. Wilkinson, Sr. and Patty R. Faulder Eleyet; his grandson Nolan Wilkinson; and his siblings, LaVerne Ann Wilkinson, Michael A. Wilkinson, Sr. and David Lynn Wilkinson.

He is survived by: his sons, Sean Wilkinson (Kellea) of New Carlisle, OH and Chad Wilkinson (Nita) of Bellefontaine, OH; his stepchildren, Michele Adams of Bellefontaine and Terry Bechtol of Belle Center, OH; his grandchildren, Leah and Scott Wilkinson; and his siblings, Kathy Kaluzne (Ed) of Baltimore, OH and Larry Wilkinson (Linda) of Kenton, OH..

Memorial contributions may be given in Frank's memory to Logan County Cancer Society c/o Mary Rutan Hospital.

“I’ve known Frankie, 76 years, always there to help & give a lending hand. This is my big/older brother and know he’s in Heaven without pain. Last time I saw him in Hospital, as it was time for me to leave, I ask him if I was going to spend my Heavenly visit with him in heaven, he assured me we would be there together. As you know, accepting Christ Jesus as our savior guarantees we will be there with Christ as He took on our sins. Giving thanks to God! Will miss my brother Ed/Katherine Kaluzne”
