He is survived by: his wife Pamela Butler of DeGraff; his children, Carolyn Parsons, Timothy Butler (Karen) and Jonelle Lewis (Bill); his stepchildren, Mindy Oda and Brian Oda (Christie); his siblings, Mona Roberts, Shirley Belcher and Steve Butler; his grandchildren, Anthony Groves, Hollie Groves, Clint Groves, Jamie Perkins (Jeff), Brooke-Lynn Austin (Caleb), Jade-Lynn Lewis, Mckenzee Lewis, Brody Lewis, Addisyn Butler, Jessica Rice, Leah Rice, Dylan Oda, Alexis Oda, Connor Oda, Dallas Oda, Nija Oda and Autumn Oda; and his great grandchildren, Tanner Perkins, Taylor Holtzberry, Avery Perkins, Carson Groves, Ashton Groves, Lynnsey Henry, Chloe Shoffner, Brenden Shoffner, Carter John Oakley, Collin McKinney, Carlynn McKinney, Colby McKinney, Anthony Oda, Addison Oda, Asher Oda, McKenzie Oda and Grayson Oda. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
