He is survived by: his wife Susan "Sarah" Kay Collins (Weisenbarger); his son Blaine "Skip" Collins (Amber); his stepchildren, Wesley Schultz (Amy), Kendra McKee (Richard), Brent Schultz and Leah Cash; his grandchildren, Caylib Collins and Kierra Collins; his stepgrandchildren, Gauge McKee, Brynlee McKee, Elissa Schultz, Logan, Ryan and Kendall; his great grandchildren, Lincoln Collins and Nash Collins; his sister Susan Niswonger (Lyn); his brother-in-law Jim Bell; and his nieces and nephews, Andi Burk (Ben), Micah Niswonger, Jami Bell (Matthew), Kaden Burk, Myles Burk and Samantha Niswonger.
