With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Watkins (DeGraff, Ohio), born in Urbana, Ohio, who passed away on December 3, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Baker and Mary Baker (Lefever). She is survived by: her daughter Tara Neeld (Noel); her grandchildren, Tristen Miknis, Keara and Liam McGill; and her siblings, James "Jim" Baker and Kathy Traucht (Al). She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
