He is survived by: his wife Beverly Huizenga; his stepchildren, Rebecca Pine (Jacinda), Bradley Pine and Ryan Pine (Traci); his grandchildren, Hannah Hatfield (Craig), Cody, Morgan, Marissa and Maley Pine; his great grandchild Mac Allen Hatfield; and his brother David Huizenga (Jodi).
