She was predeceased by: her father Alvin Miller; her spouse Russell J. Seip; her children, Sue Ann Reed and Randall Seip; her siblings, Roger, Richard, Leonard Miller, Norma Hogrefe and Lorna Toney; and her great grandchild Austin.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Seip (Cindy) of Defiance, Rick Seip (Charity) of Coconut Creek, FL and Patricia Smith (William) of Sherwood, OH.; and her brother Howard Miller (Lola) of Ney, OH.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 1 step-grandchild, 4 step-great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to St. Paul Lutheran Church, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
