Vernon Ralph Meyer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Ralph Meyer of Defiance, Ohio, who passed away on August 2, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Louis and Clara Dorothy Meyer (Biederstedt); his siblings, Melvin, Walter and Mildred Wendt; his son-in-law Michael Fronk; and his grandson Nathan Grill.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Marie Miller; his daughters, Debra Grill (Jon) of Marathon, Joyce Johnston (Greg) of Defiance, Karen Helmke (John) of Defiance and Elaine Talbert of Defiance; his grandchildren, Amy Grill, Matthew Fronk (Robin), Jennifer Gill (James), Ryan Helmke (Joey), Kyle Helmke (Brittnay), Amber Helmke, Tyler Talbert (Megan) and Dakota Talbert; and his brother Virgil. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
