He is survived by: his wife Lynette Hulbert (Sonnenberg); his children, Kylie Moss (Daniel) of Pepper Pike, OH, Jonathon Hulbert of Columbus, OH and Ty Hulbert (Brittany) of Columbus, OH.; his grandchildren, Mary Jane Moss, Jack and Leo Hulbert; and his siblings, Donna Stites (Skip) of Defiance, Bob Hulbert (Mary Alice) of New Haven, IN, Sue Sauber of Defiance and Mary Baker of Toledo.
