He is survived by: his sister Pamela Stephens (Edward) of Defiance, Ohio; his nephew Doug Stephens (Kendra) of Columbus; his great-nephews, Jack and Luke Stephens; his great-niece Emme Stephens; and his aunt Lou Ann Weaner of Florida.
