He is survived by: his wife Joan Cummins; his children, Todd Paxton (Gayla) of Piedmont, OK, Tracy Paxton of Round Rock, TX, Amy Behringer (Dave) of Defiance and Teddy Paxton (Lisa) of Defiance; his grandchildren, Ashley Lemieux (Dace) of Blanchard, OK, Connor Behringer of Columbus, OH, Audree Winkle (Cody) of Plano, TX, Alexa Behringer of Defiance, Garett Paxton of Defiance, Corbyn Paxton of Defiance and Gavin Paxton of Round Rock, TX; his great grandchildren, Kace and Asher Lemieux of Blanchard, OK; and his sisters, Nita Boyce of Defiance and Wanda Gordon of Angola, IN..
