She is survived by: her husband Joe Velasquez of Defiance; her child Adalberto Vega of Defiance; her stepchildren, Trisha Schroeder (Jason) of Leipsic, OH, Roxanne Velasquez of Ada, OH and Joey Velasquez of Defiance; and her siblings, Eloisa Barbero (Tim), Ruben Martinez (Becky), Marisela Martinez, Enriqueta Acevedo (Lupe), Francisco Martinez (Elda), Clara Gomez (Larry), Joaquin Martinez (Debbie), Carlos Martinez (Monica), Alicia Elrod (Jerry) and Jorge Martinez (Stacy). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 12 step-grandchildren, 6 step-great-grandchildren.
