We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2022, at the age of 83, Sylvia Fuentes of Defiance, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Herrera and Manuela Herrera (Malacara); her cousin Pedro; her daughter Josie Fuentes; and her grandson Aaron Holland.
She is survived by: her husband Eli Fuentes, Sr. of Defiance; her children, Eli Fuentes, Jr. (Debra), Delia Garza (Luis), Zeke Fuentes (Sharon), Mirta Fuentes, Cris Shaffer (Jim), Ruben Acevedo, Armando Acevedo and Esmeralda Gomez (Victor); her sisters, Rosa and Virginia; and her cousin Ruth Bustos. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren, with two on the way, 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the family, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
