He is survived by: his sons, Steven L. Addington of Defiance, William E. Addington of Defiance, Dale S. Addington of Napoleon, Richard Addington of Holgate and Daniel Addington (Tammy) of Holgate. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
