She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Greear and Callie Greear (Donalson); her husband Lawrence Lewis; and her siblings, Gale Carico, Opal Jones, Virginia Greear, Peggy Quillen, Jean Girlie, Colin Greear, Lester Greear and Elvin Greear.

She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Junge (Darold) of Deshler, OH, Robert Girlie of Holland, OH and Phillip McGriley (Stephanie); her stepchildren, Brenda Dodson (Pat) of Defiance, Cindy Gustwiller (Dave) of Archbold, OH, Darrell Lewis of Defiance, Michael Lewis (Cheryl) of Holgate, OH and Kenneth Lewis (Canina) of Defiance; her grandchildren, Blake, Chelsea, Joshua, Hannah, Alli, Grace and Lucas; and her pet Emmy. She is also survived by many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
