She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Volkert and Muriel M Volkert; her husband Raymond John Meyer; and her brother Michael Volkert. She is survived by: her children, John R. Meyer (Joan) of Tipp City and Tracey Backhaus (Gary) of Defiance; her grandchildren, David Hartman of Defiance, Andy Hartman (Amanda) of Alexandria, Breanna Richards (Kyle) of Defiance, Corey Backhaus of Defiance and Mikaela Meyer (Trey) of Arkansas; her great grandchildren, Tori Hartman, Gavin Hartman and Emilia Richards; her brother William Volkert; and her sister-in-law Gloria Volkert.
Memorials are suggested to the Ft Defiance Humane Society or American Red Cross.
