It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shane A. Mohr of Defiance, Ohio, who passed away on May 10, 2022, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Mohr, Steven Mortemore and Deborah Hammer. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Mohr and Vanessa Mohr (Mortemore) of Ft. Wayne, IN; his son Kaiden Mohr of Defiance; his siblings, Joey Mohr of West Unity, OH and Cassidy Mohr of Ft. Wayne, IN; his niece Charlotte Mohr of Ft. Wayne, IN; and his grandmother Dee Mohr. He is also survived by son and father.
Memorials are suggested to Kaiden's Education Fund.
