He is survived by: his wife Carol Lawson of Defiance; his children, Freddie Hayes of Archbold, Craig Booher (Anna), Jeremy Booher (Miranda) of Bolivia, Daniel Booher (Destiny) of Cloverdale, Michelle Borland (Bob) of Paulding, Charity Booher of Defiance and Dorothy Bronson (Brandon) of Defiance; and his siblings, Roy Medina, Sr. (Teresa) of Holgate, Frank Medina, Sr. of Paulding, Joe Medina of Defiance and Dolores Guerra of Paulding. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren; 3 Great grandchildren.
