He was predeceased by: his parents, Pascuala Rubio (Salinas) and Rudolfo Garza; and his stepfather Daniel Rubio. He is survived by: his son Rudy Alex Salinas of Defiance; and his brothers, John Salinas (Sylvia) of Van Wert, Jerry Salinas (Tina) of Archbold and Tom Salinas (Julie) of Defiance. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
