She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert G. Binkley and Ruth C. Binkley (Stager). She is survived by: her husband Vern; and her children, Michelle (Chad Robinson), Brecht (Sarah Mullett), Michael (Stephanie Mullett), Katee Meaghan Mullett (Andrew Wannemacher) and Johannes (Erika Mullett). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and 3 siblings.

Contributions in Rebecca's memory can be made to the Defiance Area In-patient Hospice Center or the Zion's Lutheran bell choir.
