He was predeceased by: his mother Lydia Hernandez (Garcia); his sister Leticia Hernandez; and his brother-in-law Enrique Martinez, Jr.. He is survived by: his father Primitivo Hernandez, Sr. of Defiance; his daughter Alicia Hernandez (Connor Greenwood) of Albuquerque, NM; and his siblings, Maria Falealo of Berkley, MI, Ludivina Reyes (Rudy) of Defiance, Loida Torres (Noel) of Defiance, Lorena Martinez (Enrique) of Defiance, Elias Hernandez (Amanda) of Defiance and Eliseo Hernandez (Julie) of Defiance. He is also survived by daughter, family and many good friends.
