Primitivo touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his mother Lydia Hernandez (Garcia); his sister Leticia Hernandez; and his brother-in-law Enrique Martinez, Jr.. He is survived by: his father Primitivo Hernandez, Sr. of Defiance; his daughter Alicia Hernandez (Connor Greenwood) of Albuquerque, NM; and his siblings, Maria Falealo of Berkley, MI, Ludivina Reyes (Rudy) of Defiance, Loida Torres (Noel) of Defiance, Lorena Martinez (Enrique) of Defiance, Elias Hernandez (Amanda) of Defiance and Eliseo Hernandez (Julie) of Defiance. He is also survived by daughter, family and many good friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schaffer Funeral Home (529 Jefferson Ave, Defiance, OH 43512). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
