She was predeceased by: her father Marvel Miller; her husband Kenneth Shock; and her daughter Diana L. Andrews. She is survived by: her daughter Rhetta C. LaFountain of Hicksville, OH; and her grandchildren, Cory Boroff of Annadale, VA, Curt Boroff (Mercedes) of Antwerp, OH and Shelah Cheek (Jason) of Defiance. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
