She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hoffman and Elizabeth Hoffman (Klein); and her siblings, Elaine Wigget and Raymond Hoffman. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Robert O. Burris of Defiance; her children, Elizabeth V. Baughn (Kyle) of Mt. Gilead, OH and John H. Burris (Carol) of Aztec, NM; and her grandchildren, Devin Baughn (Logan), Katelin Baughn, William Burris, Elsa Burris and Brynn Burris.

Memorials are suggested to Alzheimer's Foundation, or ELARA Hospice.
