It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Martha Arnos of Defiance, Ohio, who passed away on September 7, 2022, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil J. Wendt and Clara Wendt (Genter); her husband A. Henry Arnos (Hank); her brothers, Harold and Melvin Wendt; her son-in-law Gary Hoschak; and her grandson Michael Arnos.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Arnos (Barbara) of Bryan, OH, Rebecca Schutt (Daniel) of Antwerp, OH, Sandra Wonders (William) of Defiance, OH. and Susan Hoschak of Defiance, OH.; her grandchildren, Sara Schuette (Shawn), Benjamin Schutt (Kelly), Rachel Schutt Hinsch (Nicholas), Diane Russell (Devin), Jared Wonders (Jessica), Erin Hecht (Justin) and Brett Wonders; and her great grandchildren, Blake, Grace Schuette, Heidi, Henry Schutt, Caroline, Molly Russell, Theo, Claire Wonders and Tegan Hecht.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorial contributions to go to Ridgeville Fire and Rescue, Archbold Community Library Large Print Department, LifeWise Academy of Tinora or Fairview, or Defiance County 4-H Endowment Fund.
