She is survived by: her husband James Lacey of Defiance; her children, Carisa Partee (Ricky), Felicia Parker (Tyler Sanders), Patrick Lacey, Victoria Lacey and Justin Lacey; her grandchildren, Caleb, Cavea, Cianna Urbina, Ricky, Alexis, Trey Partee, McKayla, Brayziana Parker, James, J'Yazzeriaha Schmidt, Elaina, Madalynn Sanders, Aurora, Phoenix and Amaya Lacey; and her siblings, Mike Perez (Grace) of Defiance, Mario Perez of Napoleon, Casey Perez of Defiance and Gina Perez of Indiana.
