It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael C. Hale of Defiance, Ohio, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Hale. He is survived by: his mother Lettie Hale (Parker); his wife Susan Kaye Willhite (Browne); his daughter Devon Johnson (Steve); his grandson Dylan Johnson of Defiance; his siblings, Steven of Branford, Rebecca Erford (Dennis) of Defiance and Barbara Hale of St. Petersburg; and his stepdaughters, Jocelyn Carr (Todd) of Findlay and Natalie Smith (Alex) of Bryan. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren.
