She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Moore and Denelda Moore (Henry); and her brother James Moore. She is survived by: her husband John Dale; her children, Pam Engel (Doug) and Greg Dale (Yvonne) of Defiance; her grandchildren, Nicholas Engel (Carrie), Brittni George (Robert), Kristin Keirsey, Kelsey Capps (Travis) and Ryan Dale; and her brother Gary Moore (Carol) of Lake Worth, Florida.. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
