It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark L. Ensign of Defiance, Ohio, who passed away on February 18, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Larry Ensign. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Ensign (Lesh) of Defiance; his daughters, Alyssa DeTray (Steve) of Defiance and DeNae Galanakis of Creston; and his siblings, Mike Ensign (Barb), Cheryl Ensign of Defiance, Cathy Ensign of Defiance, Cindy Williamson (Sam) of Defiance and Carolyn Rose (Denny) of Defiance. He is also survived by his family and many good friends.
