She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Washler and Mary Washler (Hablewetz); her husband Julian Richey; her siblings, Ed Washler (Suzanne), Luella Washler, Nyla Sue Washler, Carolyn Washler and Carole Washler; and her son-in-law Jim Pumphrey (Donald Hull).
She is survived by: her siblings, Phil Washler (Karen), Ruth Stevens (Richard) and Stan Washler; her daughters, Victoria Hull of Indianapolis, IN, Cheryll Ankney (Bob) of Ayersville, OH, Trella Batten (Hop) of Wichita, KS and Sandi Pumphrey of Paulding, OH; her stepsons, Bruce Richey (Jeanne) of Columbus, OH and Brent Richey of Alaska; her grandchildren, Stan Ankney (Leslie), John Ankney (Mindy), Cannina Lewis (Kenny), Jamie Merriman (John), Jim Pumphrey (Tanya), Lori Schlegel (Adam), Casey Etter (Thor), Adam Borst (Jenne), John Phillips (Megan), Austin and Justin Richey; her great grandchildren, Andrea, Marissa Ankney, Levi, Maddison Ankney, Summer Pumphrey (Nathan Schlegel), Autumn Stalnaker (Kyle), Jordyn, Ally Jo Merriman, Jimmie Pumphrey, Stroker, Audrey, Coal Etter, Olivia, Emi Borst and Johnny Phillips; and her great great grandchildren, Slade, Storie, Scotlyn Schlegel, Lillyann, Ruby, Lucy Stalnaker and Cole Phillips. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lawson-Roessner Chapel (1753 S Clinton St, Defiance, OH 43512).
