She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Symington and Erma Symington (McClure); her son Richard T. Butler, Jr.; and her siblings, Marion, Robert, Eugene Symington and Gloria Joan Tammarine.

She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Darmogray (Joe) of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Cindy Butler of Burlington, Kentucky; and her daughter-in-law Pat Butler of Whitehouse, Ohio. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter.
