He is survived by: his wife Joyce Dockery Plummer; his children, Matthew Plummer (Pam) of Defiance, Mark Plummer (Shari) of Scappoose, Scott Plummer (Lissa) of Bryan, Janet Kelly of Defiance and Craig Plummer (Mandy) of Wintergarden, Florida.; and his siblings, Ray Plummer (Dianne) of Warsaw, IN, Peg Ramey of Defiance, Carey Plummer (Brenda) and Nancy Oberhaus of West Unity, OH.. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
