John P. DeLano Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John P. DeLano (Defiance, Ohio), who passed away on January 19, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Kilbourne DeLano and Beatrice DeLano (Parmelee); and his son-in-law Patrick Joseph Goonan. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ludwig; his children, Sheryl Goonan of Ayersville and David DeLano (Kari) of Ayersville; his grandsons, Patrick "Joe" Goonan, John "Jack" Goonan, Luke DeLano and Abram "Abe" DeLano; and his sister Mimi McCoy (Luke) of Suffolk. He is also survived by his family and many good friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lawson-Roessner Chapel (1753 S Clinton St, Defiance, OH 43512). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
