She was predeceased by: her parents, Gay On (Courtney) and Bernard Mohr Sr. On; her stepfather Ray Nixon; her daughter Becky Emerling (Lloyd); and her siblings, Frank, Bernard, Dick Mohr, Joyce Sanders and Vidy Relue.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Ullinskey of Defiance; her children, Frank Lloyd (Linda) and Debra Starr (Jack) of Defiance; and her sister Patricia Pack of Paulding. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
