He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Mast and Bonnie Mast (Beck); and his sister Sandy Justice. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Shreve; his children, Jeffrey Mast, Jr. (Patty) of Barboursville, WV and Sarah Voll (Zack) of Mount Blanchard, Ohio.; his grandsons, Alex, Oliver Mast, Zane and Liam Voll; and his siblings, Robert Mast of Defiance and Elizabeth Ramey (Greg) of Jewell.
