He is survived by: his wife Nila Bell (Calloway) of Defiance; his children, Jeffery Bell, IV (Penny) of Angola, IN, Anthony Singleton (Yolonda) of Toledo, OH, Kristan Warren (Malcolm) of Cardington, OH, Phebe Tolsdorf of Howell, MI and Alona Singleton of Defiance; and his brother Robert Bell of Defiance. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
Due to pandemic restrictions, masks and social distancing are required.
