He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Breininger; and his grandparents, Wayne and Shirley Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Tammy Breininger (Johnson) of Defiance; his siblings, Brittany Breininger-Wolfrum (Andrew) of Kentucky and Justin Breininger (Sierra Sullivan) of Scottsville, KY.; and his aunts, Sandy Rosebrock (Mark) of Defiance and Penny Michael of Defiance. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, and several cousins.
